Rewrites the append-only file in the background, as the shortest file that rebuilds the dataset.

Known issue

With the append-only file turned on by CONFIG SET appendonly yes, it is not rewritten on its own until a restart; this command is then the way to rewrite it. Filed as kividb#146, fixed in 1.2.
