Refused. In Redis, FAILOVER hands a master's role to one of its replicas. KiviDB replies ERR FAILOVER is not supported by KiviDB. For a cluster, use CLUSTER FAILOVER; for a master with replicas outside a cluster, REPLICAOF NO ONE on the replica.
